Our history.
How it all began.
In September of 2018, the Signage and display division of a major UK shopfitting firm was closed as part of internal restructuring. The 28 employees who made up that division took the decision to continue to work as a new business to service all of the previous client base and to push forwards with full control of their own destiny. All machinery and stock was purchased, and the same 14,500sqft manufacturing space retained meaning during the transition no working days were lost.
The Signage & Display Co. officially commenced trading on the 1st October 2018, and the 28 strong work force quickly grew to in excess of 50, formed from former employees of both trade signage manufacturers, and end user suppliers. Alongside this, in our first few years of trading, we invested over 10% of turnover in additional machinery, equipment, and vehicles, highlighting our commitment to looking forward.
